GenuineBlanks provides custom garment manufacturing services including:
Quotations: All quotes are valid for 3 months unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on final specifications.
Payment Terms: Sample orders require 100% payment upfront. Bulk orders typically require 50% deposit with balance due before shipping. All invoicing and payments are processed through White Cotton, Lda (Tax ID: 518355411), the manufacturing company operating the GenuineBlanks platform.
Minimum Order Quantities: MOQs vary by product type and are specified in your quotation.

Timelines may vary based on order specifications, seasonal demand, and material availability. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to additional fees.
For garments with special wash treatments such as pigment dye, enzyme wash, acid wash, fade-out, or similar finishing processes, please be aware that slight color variations are inherent to these techniques.
Color discrepancies of approximately 5% to 15% between batches are normal and should be expected. It is not possible to achieve identical color results for wash treatments across different production runs due to the natural and artisanal nature of these processes.
By placing an order with wash treatments, you acknowledge and accept these inherent variations.
Due to the nature of garment manufacturing, final delivered quantities may vary slightly from the ordered amount. This is standard practice in the textile industry.
Orders are subject to a quantity tolerance of approximately +/- 10%. For example, an order of 300 units may result in a final delivery of 270 to 330 units.
We always aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered, but variations may occur due to fabric utilization, production efficiency, and quality control requirements. You will only be invoiced for the actual quantity delivered.
All designs, tech packs, and brand assets you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not share, reproduce, or use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders without explicit written consent.
All products are manufactured to European quality standards. We conduct quality inspections at multiple stages of production. Any quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery speed. We offer multiple shipping options including air and sea freight. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion after inspection.
GenuineBlanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable regulations.
